My name is Patrick Gee and I am a recent kidney transplant recipient. I received my transplant on April 21, 2017. After 4 surgeries, 33 days hospitalized and 47 days until the kidney woke up, I am blessed to say that I am doing well!

Hello Patrick, my goodness it sounds like you had quite an adventure. I am happy it turned out well.
Patrick: I am delighted that you are doing well after your ordeal. Did I see your photograph and story as featured on the UNOS website in connection with Stories of Transplantation, 2017? All the best to you.
