This is confetti mash that I made for our Sunday lunch today which is red potatoes mashed up along with the skins on that we had with haggis and mushy peas and scotch broth to start off with.

We also make root veg mash with carrots, parsnips, turnip and sweet potato as well.
Scotch broth I made that today as well dinner lunch looked good

I'm NOT a 'Fan' of Mushy Peas.... other than 'that' it sounds Lovely. Especially the Red Cabbage.
I shared a Roast, from a Take Away outlet, with my Mother- on Mothers Day. The 'Dear Little' Cottage Clock, I got her last year, is still Going Strong. I WILL buy her 'Something', when I can......
Where you born in 1976? I remember it well.... I was at a Boarding School and the Summer was So Long, that even the Swimming Pool (outdoor) was Open, for a few weeks, of the Autumn Term.
I haven't had 'Haggis' for a long time now Catgirl, yes you CAN Sometimes buy it, down here,... in a TIN, or seemingly Hacked Off, something bigger..... I Want a HAGGIS, and Robbie Burns Poem Read... as I 'Address The Haggis'. Maybe, one day... If I can get back to Scotland... and if my Childhood Friend is still around... maybe... Dream on Andrew!
