It's so easy to make. I roast the carrots on their own for around 10 minutes first as they take longer than the other ingredients. I stir everything together in the end so alone pot dish,I absolutely love it.😋😋 xxx💜💜💕💞💕

Oh yes carrots take time to cook so def have them roasted separately without overcooking the rest👍. It’s like a wok dish all added in one 😋😋😋❤️❤️❤️xxx

They certainly do, yes it really us like an all in one. The peanut cream is made in a food processor.

You can cook carrots in microwave first then roast I do that with potatoes lot quicker 😁🧡🧡🧡xxx

Had internet connection prob sorry, I do it various ways in oven but lemon juice mixed herbs or oregano bit water then steam with tin foil for about 2o mins or pan fry in cold pressed rapseed oil bit herbs in garlic other night I'll see if got picture 🧡🧡😁xxx

There aren't many fish dishes I don't like and it is one of the easiest things to cook quickly . Love the pile of green veg . I would be pleased to eat this anytime but I eat my main meal around 7pm so this is when I would have something like this .

Weather is better so this makes weekend something to look forward to . I would eat differently if I wasn’t the cook in the house . My husband works until about 18.30 so he loves his main meal in the evening.

We don’t eat red meat at all now . Quite a lot of chicken but more fish . Prawns are my lazy stir fry and great with salad .
