Hi Dogmade600, my commiserations. I can absolutely understand that you are feeling lonely while in isolation and possibly a bit worried too. I see that some of our lovely members have already reached out to you, and if you are well enough please continue to post here, even if it's only a little and then we'll know that you continue to need support.

Hi. Sorry to hear how your feeling. Isolation makes any problems seem insurmountable, which can lead to feeling anxious and frightened. Sounds like you really need to voice your concerns with another. Suggest you look on MIND'S website, there are several links to various helplines. Worth looking at and hopefully will help you feeling less isolated. Look after yourself and hope you feel better soon.

Hi Dogmad, it is a tough time of year for everyone, let alone feeling dreadful on top of it. Tell us a bit about your self. Is your name a clue? Have you got a dog to keep you company? Is there someone around to check on you and bring you nourishing food and water or are you getting that for yourself? Someone to chat to on here at least. Just take things a day at a time, or even an hour at a time. Hope you feel better soon.

Obviously we are all concerned about the increasing levels of the new more contagious virus. Is there anything else in particular that is worrying you?

Do you still attend college Dogmad (obviously not at the moment as you're ill) but is it still something that you would normally be doing - I know it was only one day a week. x

Hi Dogmad, I hope that your Covid is starting to wane. It is horrid isn't: I know I didn't think I would survive it. Please know that there is always something brighter around the corner to think about. Is there anything you can look forward to in order to get you through this bad patch? Thinking of you.

Nope

That is so sad. I think it is harder to have it in winter when it is so gloomy outside. How are you feeling today?
