Hi I’m being tested again for h pylori because I’ve been taking omeprazole and it can give a false reading . I’m still very sick can’t really eat anything especially in the morning time I can’t eat till about 6 . Has anyone had h pylori and can it make you really nausea and pain in my stomach loads of wind.

Hi Oscar,Maybe post on the pernicious anaemia site as well. I know several people have had h pylori on there and can give you a better response. 😊
Hi my mam has lanzaprozil for GERD acid reflux I had your test and was negative had temp bad stomach indegestion it went after lanzaprozil I take the odd one if bad, eat bland food like porridge milk and fat is bad eat easy to digest things don't eat before bed that's all I know from our experience ☺️
Hi Oscar. I was taking it for GERD. I changed my diet to Mediterranean and changed to sleeping with a higher pillow. I’ve now stopped taking omeprazole, although I still get the occasional relapse if I overeat especially fatty things. I hope you get better.
I’ve just tested positive for this after about 2 months of rib pain, loss of appetite,nausea and what feels like trapped wind. Have you had a test yet!?
