If you're struggling with the isolation that a lock down brings, and you like reading I'd like to suggest you Google 'the reader,/shared reading'. They have various activities happening online, I know it doesn't replace seeing people face to face, but it could occupy some time for you during the day, and it's free I know of them as they organise the Shared Reading group I go to 😊
