Sorry. How’s the weather? I can’t sleep well when the weather is with lightening and thunder.
My mum is the same, she cannot bare the thunder and lightning. Many people are like that. My mum takes a chair and sits under the stairs till the thunder and lightning is over. 😊🌺🌈
That's an interesting and great idea! I wish I could do that, but when the storms come, they usually happen during the time I have to be in bed.

I have 24/7 pain due to my many conditions, I have an hour or less sleep per night due to pain. I only have a little more sleep when I'm exhausted.
