Thank you, lovely day spent with my daughter and family plus her two Yorkshire Terriers.
Third time seeing them since 12 March 2020.
I am still in lockdown, so sat two metres apart. Lovely see her family though!

Artichoke hearts, fake bacon bits, salmon, green and black olives, Italian fat free dressing, Granny Smith apple and a Greek yogurt on the side for dinner. Very good!😀👍🌈🍏

My troubles started with gall stones in 1985 having my gall bladder removed in October 1985 , next IBS which my Dr called spastic colon and on it goes with everything I've got today xxxx
I had surgeries when I was an infant at 2 weeks old and had most of the pancreas removed. It put out too much insulin.
