Yes, I went too. Fantastic inside, did you go in Daloo? I am also interested in architecture. As a child we lived in many old houses, and I found it fascinating how they had evolved over the years and the clues they left, about who had lived there and what the buildings had been used for . xx

I love old buildings, the architecture and stonework. I particularly enjoy visiting old market towns where there are still many old buildings which give it that old world charm. Its so noticeable when you visit different parts of the UK that the stone is so gloriously different in colour and texture. Its what makes the UK so appealing to visitors.

The ancient art of dry stone - walling also interests me. It is another skill still used by the farming community, in use for hundreds of years. Just like thatching it is an ancient skill which I hope is never lost.

St David's Cathedral is a magnificent building set in your beloved Pembtokeshire. You have captured its magnificence in the angle of your photograph Dallo.

That's a beautiful shot Dallo. Magnificent building and the next stop along from another lovely beach Newgale. Thanks for sharing. x

Wells in Somerset is also classed as a city due to its cathedral status as well
