I took these photos on one of my regular walks in order to have a sort of visual diary to remind me of how nature continues and develops throughout this difficult time for humans. I find it comforting to see that life goes on and that in many ways nature has benefited from the lack of people and cars.
And then I see what happens in beauty spots when the public are able to travel; the damage, pollution and general disregard for our environment.
Have we learnt nothing from this time about how we should look after our world?
Thank goodness for communities like this one. Enjoy the photos.

I wholeheartedly agree with you Billy61. We live in such a beautuful world and mother nature keeps on giving! So why is it that some people still do this? It saddens me to see such ignorance and thoughtlessness.
What beautiful photos and such a lovely place to walk. I totally agree with what you have said, have we not learnt, the cars are back on the road and people driving everywhere, if I can cycle I will, the car is only being used for weekly shopping.
Also, it's the amount of rubbish that people throw in the beautiful countryside, I get so annoyed. Thank goodness for forums like this.
I totally agree. It would be easy otherwise for me to start to think very negatively about people in general. It's only a minority who are like that..... isn't it?
I think it's amazing Billy61, how often we just look around a corner and there's another beautiful vista for us to enjoy. These photos are just lovely.๐
