It does you good to get out and exercise. I've recently started walking with a friend, we always keep 6ft apart and go to quiet places in the countryside where we can keep away from other people. We're both under 70.

You can't stay shut up indoors forever and need to start somewhere.
the great thing about wearing a mask no need to put make up on! Must do something about those roots though lol
After 10 weeks not leaving the drive we visited a garden centre yesterday. I stayed in the car wearing a mask and my wife wearing gloves and a mak went inside and purchased a few pot plants. Only one other person was wearing a mask and people did not appear to be social distancing which I found scary. But it is a start. Sooner or later we will need to venture outside. Well done.
