A super quotation 4Woody. I don't think it has to be hard-to-get necessarily though. We just need determination and grit.

For many many people it isn’t hard to get. For an individual who was consistently neglected/abused as a child or even up to or through adulthood it feels almost impossible. Almost is a very important word. With the right people coming along side recovery is possible. It’s a lot of work. The kind that takes you 3 steps forward and 2 steps back. Strength, courage and dignity don’t have to be hard to get. Abuse doesn’t have to happen but it does, more than we would like to think. Healing can happen too.
