It's an App. I heard about it on the Today programme this morning. You can help! Even having no symptoms is useful scientific information.

I thought about doing it but when I was getting ready to download the app I got a knot in my stomach at the thought of tracking symptoms (or non symptoms) every day.

It's one thing to have to be aware of the virus 24/7, but to wonder if I have it or not - daily - makes me anxious. I think I'll pass.
