Thanks for sharing that. Those sound like excellent reasons to run, and on the bright side, it's something you can safely do alone with social distancing to lift your spirits right now. I've never done well with running and prefer the rhythms of dance, but I know that running has a huge following and can release endorphins to raise your spirits.
