MY JAW IS STIFF MOUNTH WONT OPEN VERY FAR BUT ONLY SLIGHT PAIN IS THIS NORM GONE FROM 20 MG TO 15 MG

I would have it checked out if I were you. It seems as though you have claudication of the jaw, which is the first signs of GCA. A jump of 5 mg seems quite high. When I reached 20 mg I found I could only reduce by 1 mg every 2 weeks. Good Luck but go and see your GP or whoever is looking after you.

Hi Yusuf. Do get this checked out but don't be surprised if the doc says it's something different. Jaw claudication comes on when you start eating and goes off when you stop trying to eat. If the discomfort is constant it is more likely to be something else.
