Travelling to Australia from the UK. Managing prednisolone

Hi, I am travelling from the UK to Australia and would like advice on how to take prednisolone when travelling through different time zones. I know there is a link to this information, but I can not seem to find it. I am not great on the internet. Would someone be able to repost the link please.?Many thanks.

I visited Australia last year and set a timer on my phone after taking my dose at 8am in the UK and took my next dose 24 hours later on transit. When I arrived in Australia the 24 hours fell at 8pm so I took my dose after dinner and then did the same coming home, then back to 8am.

Bizarrely I had very little symptoms while I was there, even though it was a very stressful time .
