What a difference .5mg makes, 24 little hours

After dropping to 2mg in Dec, catching the flu, following sick day rules and praying my adrenals wake wake up, yesterday I gave in and upped my dosage to 2.5mg.

This small jump has made a huge difference is energy levels almost instantaneously.

Damm you Pred 😀

That was something I experienced on more than one occasion whilst tapering down in single figures. It is why I, for one, am a big advocate of tapering by just a half mg at a time.

I was quite amazed by the difference a half could make.

Good luck.
