I have been sick once a month since August, twice with Covid, and now a bad cold. I don't run a fever and I have read this means the immune system isn't fighting the virus. I've been on Kevara and the plan is to continue it for another year, but it seems this can account for such a lot resistance, which is a new thinng for me. It didn't happen on the first year for Kevzara. I guess this is not a question, just reporting

Bad cold
It doesn’t answer you but might give food for thought. I gave been off Pred for 4.5 years. I caught covid in August then again in Sept and again in Nov, my husband also. No fevers. We then felt like we had nothing in the tank and I just kept getting other issues including shingles and herpes simplex. A friend was the same.
Christmas was clear (hallelujah) but we had fatigue, then wallop, beginning Jan I got a stinking cold and with other bizarre symptoms but this time I got a fever of 40C. Oddly I now feel better than I have for months. It did feel that the fever did something indeed, including stopping all the intestinal problems that had dogged me last year. When I was immunosuppressed on high doses of Pred I was fine with viruses even flu. Covid is a different beast and I’ve read about its ability to evade the immune system.
That makes sense about the fever -- from what I've read, that shows the immune system has kicked in. I haven't run fevers, either.
Did you stop the Kevzara when you had the infections? You are told do do so when you are on Actemra which works in a similar way - also with DMARDs such as methotrexate = so I would assume you should with it.
