I was diagnosed with PMR at the beginning of October 2024 and have been taking prednisolone, reducing from 15mg daily and have got down to 9 mg. I will be due to reduce again in a couple of weeks.🤞

Hi,
Good to hear.. was this just to tell us that or meant as a reply to someone else’s post?
By the way if the title post is your name, then that’s not a good idea… we are discouraged using real name by HU for privacy and safety reasons… so use a non du plume
When you reduce pred there is a rule. If you are feeling very uncomfortable or in pain on the new dose, go back to the previous dose for a little longer before trying to reduce once more.
Good luck with your journey back to health.
