I was diagnosed with PMR at the beginning of October 2024 and have been taking prednisolone, reducing from 15mg daily and have got down to 9 mg. I will be due to reduce again in a couple of weeks.🤞

When you reduce pred there is a rule. If you are feeling very uncomfortable or in pain on the new dose, go back to the previous dose for a little longer before trying to reduce once more.
