what a to do. Couldn't reset my password but finally got through. I had to change my computer. My old one was failing, hard drive issue. I've missed you all so a belated Happy Christmas and a very Happy and hopefully Healthy or Healthier New Year to you all.

haha. Doing my utmost to avoid contact. Daughter has given us a jigsaw 2000pieces called gradient. No picture just 4 colours in the corners shading up and down to centre. Mean.

All my passwords to sites lost. First recovery had everything reading jibberish. Looked like I had lost everything saved. Fortunately have recovered 90%.

I hate it when computers start to fail. My iPhone cannot run a load of things any more as it is ‘too old’ according to Apple. My nephew has given me his, as his company has just given him a new one and I have discovered that my SIM card needs to be upgraded. It seems that O2 have lost the ability to communicate with customers, so I am going to have fun trying to find out how to get a new one. Agggghhhhh!

It's the blooping learning curve isn't it. The sheer effort required to make sense of the gobbledegook the programmers think is easy plain common sense language.

I've yet to find anything that is meant to be intuitive that has the slightest hint of being that simple.

Intuitive means that the computer decides what it wants to do but does not tell you!

How I wish. People who are truly computer literate have brains wired different to most folks. It's they who determine the logic of their programmes. Ne'er the twain shall meet.

I did my first programming course in 1971. I run the websites for several friends and for my local village. In the 1970s I helped set up the Post Office system in Sweden, the banking system for the Italian banks and Fords network. I still haven’t a clue either!!

Just love it. I'm forever fascinated by the way our brains are wired. For example I can see three dimensional objects in colour and rotate them and explode them in my brain. That's probably why I enjoy making things. Also I can play any music in my head. No need for CD's. The tinnitus I suffer now makes that a little hard to separate out though.

I’m with O2 and had a few questions pre travel to NZ - absolutely cr@p - so ended up contacting the lady who is my contact at Think-Comms [she does contracts] and she sorted…. And agreed that it’s a nightmare trying to get anything from O2 helpline!

Based on O2's website I don't actually think they want you to talk to them unless you want to buy an expensive phone.
