Prednisone before blood tests

I don't know if I should stop my prednisone before bloodwork and if do, how long before.

No, you continue to take your medication as normal for normal monitoring blood tests. The only exception would be if you were having a synacthen test to assess adrenal function where you don't take pred in the 24 hours before blood is drawn. In any case, for tests like that the ordering physician would tell you what to do.

Returning the greeting to you with thanks - but we don't celebrate Thanksgiving in Europe! One lot of turkey a year at Christmas is enough for the UK 😉

Haha, wherever did you hear that?? Prawns on the barby, turkey in the oven, that is, for those who still have a roast. Our weather is increasingly less conducive to the old traditional English roast. Cold food is the way to go!

Just in the UK that people expect to do the turkey on a barby? Because they do!!! I never quite understand why the barby is for HOT weather - you just get hotter!! I used to grill on New Year's Day in the north of England ...

No, you're outdoors so the house is cool. You might be thinking of a weber. That's a kind of enclosed barby, we do that. Again, no hot kitchen and the weber is over coals so a beautiful roast. 😋
