Excercises for PMR

I've only just discovered this YouTube channel. I've given the excercise a try and it's really gentle. I've also subscribed and I'm going to give it a go each morning. I will do as much as I can.

Thanks, Sew_And_Sew. That was really gentle but invigorating to start the day, and I was able to do the exercises in synch with the instructor. Feel better already!

Thanks for posting. Some of the exercises look helpful but I’m not sure I’d want to balance myself on a chair arm as in the hip stretch. Also a bit concerning that he says PMR is inflammation in the joints and not the muscles. Some of the gentle stretches look good though.

My thoughts exactly about the arm of chair... not sure he fully understands the balance issues some may with PMR... but the exercises look doable in the main.

Hum - why didn't he change chair arm for that last one? But on the whole - not bad,

I have to say I managed it OK. just need to make sure you're in a comfortable and stable position and put in as much as you're able.
