Update re withdrawal of Pred prescription

Further to yesterday’s post, I have just rung the surgery to be advised by the receptionist that a further prescription for 1 mg Pred has been issued today. This will be sent to my pharmacy today and the pharmacy then send me a text when it is ready for uplift, which is their normal practice. I will now continue with the taper from 1mg to 0.75mg as I have been doing and hope to eventually get to my next goal of 0.5mg. I may, or may not, hear from the GP who cancelled the prescription once he is back from holiday - I suspect not! I would like to thank all of you who responded yesterday .
