What did they check? Did anyone check your jaw joint?
Can you say more about where the pain is exactly, how it behaves, what makes it worse and what makes it better? Common causes of jaw pain can be temporomandibular joint dysfunction, the sternokleidomastoid neck muscles, ear problems and neuralgia. The details are useful for working out what it might be.

As SnazzyD has said many causes of jaw pain - including GCA - nor really good enough from A&E, as you are already on Pred that will affect the inflammatory readings… and not everyone has raised markers anyway.

Try this- re GCA - might rule it out -

You do need a GP appointment - but maybe have a read through and see if anything rings a bell. And as also said, more info would help us.
