Morning everyone,

I might not have PMR any longer but have OA, etc so I applied for the Nuffield Joint Pain Programme and I start today. (it took 3 goes before I was accepted). I will let you know how it goes.

I might not belong to the PMR club but I still read HU every morning.

Have a good day. xxxx

Good luck! I go to our local one. I think it suits OA a bit better than active PMR pain and fatigue but it’s OK if you are careful. I dragged my husband along and he is keener than I am. The fatigue and malaise affects my motivation. I had to have medical clearance - he didn’t. It is very cheering and free use of the pool is good.

Thanks Sheffield Jane. Small group - only 4 women. We did stretches which was great. I find the gym intimidating so this will help (also I am very lazy).
