5 week taper

I am about to embark upon the 5 week taper plan and would just like to clarify something. When I have reached the fifth week and have taken the new dose all week, how long do I stay at that dose before I start to taper to the next level? I’m currently on 7.5mg and intend to taper to 7mg initially. Thank you for all your help, support and advice.

It really depends on how you feel… very often I just moved on to next taper, sometime did another week… if I was going on holiday or something slightly out of normal routine was on horizon I waited until after that…

It’s a plan, it’s not set in stone, you do what feels best for you. As I’ve said many a time listen to your body, not what it necessarily says on the calendar..
