Thank you. Never been in hospital before so it’s all a bit scary. Just want it to be over and back home so I can start the physio/exercises. 😊

It is a bit scary, but you’ll be fine …. and although you do need to do exercises it can be a painful initially so don’t be too gung-ho and overdo it….

Thank you - some really helpful info in there. Most of which I’m aware and have done/sorted/bought. I’ve a good husband and I’ve managed his expectations by telling him the worst 😂 so he’s geared up. 20 Cook meals in the freezer so we won’t go hungry. Been exercising in the pool and doing half squats with hubby to help. Everything crossed and thanks again for taking the time to reply - much appreciated. When I’m out I’ll do a post about the Pred and how it works out.

That's absolutely not a problem. We care & share... good & bad, happy & sad and everything in between. Quite often the 'off-shoots' from the original post helps, advises or reassures someone else and that's always a good thing.
