I was diagnosed in January 2024 and the 15mg worked quickly on my symptoms. I have been decreasing according to the plan but the fatigue has been the worst thing.

Should I increase pred because I have a cold? I am totally wiped out and the weakness in my arms and legs is becoming more noticeable.

You might be following plan -but if it’s the usual 15-12.5-10mg - it doesn’t work for everyone… and as we said previous probably too fast for you.
I’d be inclined to go back to 12.5mg -stay there for 3-4 weeks- and recover from cold. Then reduce by 1mg once a month and only if you feel okay

I agree with DL - too much reduction too soon (whatever the doctor's textbook says) and that lays the groundwork for struggles later.
