I am planning a trip to Australia in May to see my brother-in-law.. We can only go for 10 days but this may be the last chance we get to see him. Sadly he is very poorly.
Anyway, the reason for writing is that I am doing well with my reduction of steroids. I am now down to 4mg and don't want to spoil it... I really am feeling well at the moment.
Can anyone tell me how I manage my intake with the time difference? The last time I travelled this far it was all a bit messy and came home with a flair. Any suggestions would help me plan. Thanks in advance.

In addition to your medication management - you need "you travel management"! Book airport assistance and don't admit to being able to walk or climb stairs at all or they will assume you can walk when it suits them. Don't travel to the airport the day you fly unless it is less than a couple of hours and it is an evening flight. Travel the day before and stay in a hotel. Don't plan anything the day after you arrive except getting to your final destination and resting as much as possible. Visiting your brother where he is and then bed and rest is OK, no other family reunion/meal out. And keep everything in small bites, no full day marathons ...
Whenever I was travelling by air, I always took an extra one or two mg on the day of travel. Even with assistance, it is always a stressful activity one way or another, and I found the little extra for the one day was a help.
I think travelling to a different time zone usually means that you take a bit extra but that is far better than taking less.
I hope you have a great flight. We went to Sydney in October, I was with my husband, son and daughter in law and there 6 month son and we visited our daughter. The people there are lovely. Take it easy like the others say.
I didn’t have special assistance but because we had a baby with us we were boarded first and the changeover at Singapore was a few gates away from where we got off. My husband helped with my cabin bag and it was quite easy.
Good luck and I hope it is not too emotional seeing your brother so ill
