I saw my lovely GP today, I have been left to just get on with my taper since flaring in April. Now going down to 4.5 from 5. I thought I’d check in. GP was lovely, said oh yes there are many tapering plans…let’s see…..I think you should stay on 4 for 2 months…’you know you should go really slowly below 5, to let your adrenal system start to wake up’, check in with me again and we’ll look at how you get to 3’. we don’t go on the blood tests really. And listening to my concerns re osteoporosis…. Good call, I’ll book you a bone scan.

I felt very blessed.

Is your GP real or a friendly android? You seem to have hit gold.
