I am currently using DL 14 week tapering chart, tapering from 3mg-2.5mg however, I keep reading posts that mention the dead slow method. Is this different from the tapering charts, please explain. Thank you 🙂

There is an article about it in the FAQs under Tapering.

It differs from DL's approach in being a sliding spacing, reducing the time between the days of new dose so not based on weeks. It works best using a calendar, marking the day of the first new dose and then counting your chosen number of days of old dose to the next new dose. Then for the next step you use one less day, always reducing the days between. It explains it in the article.

But basically it is just a different way of thinking about the timing.

Similar - in fact mine is based on DSNS but approached from a weekly basis -but the aim is the same.
