I think ginger was discussed quite recently, perhaps based on this study. My sister is very fond of ginger tea. Jamie Oliver suggested using the ginger peelings for a tea too.

I love ginger tea. I also eat a couple of the chewable ginger tablets when tummy upset. Works wonders!!

On a recent trip to the finger lakes on New York, I bought some ginger, turmeric and tart Cherry tonics with apple cider vinegar in them. I mix a tablespoon of each separately with a tall glass of water each day. I'm currently reducing prednisone 1. Mg a week and on week 3 of methotrexate. I think doing this is really making the reduction work easier and faster.
