Hello, I don't know why I keep on getting logged out of this helpful site but nearly everyday I have to input my login details.Thanks Peter

Have a look at this link, try the suggestions, but if all fails then you need to contact the HU help centre - we are only users, not techies....

It has only happened once to me - can you not save your password with remember me? It is one of HU's foibles I fear so it is worth making sure you know the password - it will equally suddenly start working again!!!

Thank you so much for your reply PMRpro, yes I have it stored with within my database and Google ha stored it.

are you on a phone or laptop? If you are on a laptop, do you get any wobbles in your internet connection? You will get logged off if your internet connection goes off, or if you restart your computer for any reason.

Not if you have ticked "Keep me logged in" which always used to be an option.

Hi Dorsetlady I didn't mean to be in anyway sarcastic. By the way sounds like you're from the Jurassic Coast to which I have visited many times! Probably one of the most beautiful places in England 😍
