locked out of Health Unlocked,?

I don,t know what,s happened, and have messaged contact, but still not receiving reply, and no emails in my outlook from Health Unlocked, what should I do?

Have replied to your PM - and given you contact email -

if nothing else works you could try creating a new account -then the system might recognise your email address -and come up with something which may sort it out.

Unfortunately nothing we can do ..it’s obviously an HU issue

Be patient - nothing is likely to happen in the HU offices over the weekend and log on to the forum without the notifications and then use My Feed is that is working.

Think they might have been “playing” again - had an issue on iPad (only) yesterday when trying to paste a link! Was fine on iPhone 🤦🏻‍♀️

same thing happened to me, I eventually got them by by contacting the dept and also going into search engine and typing in health unlocked, magically it soon came back.
