Why am I not getting any inbox health unlocked? It stopped about 3 days ago, I’ve looked through junk and so on but to no avail, I’ve paid my annual subscription, so I don’t understand what’s the problem.

Subscription is nothing to do with HU - they are for charity not forum - have you check your email notifications in your settings - tap avatar top right. Then make sure what you want are selected. Maybe turn those there - off…and then on again.
If that doesn’t work look at supports- help centre on footer…just scroll down screen
Mine was in my spam this morning which is unusual.
Your notifications are from HU not PMRGCAuk, two different entities. Look in Spam. check your HU Settings in case they have spontaneously reset and then complain to Support, link on the black strap line at the bottom.
Then report to HU as suggested - but are you sure your device[s] haven’t been updated recently- that can sometimes cause an issue.
And have you tried logging out and in again to both HU and your device.
Hi, I’ve got the same issue. No emails from HU for three days. I’m currently out of the UK so I assumed it was something to do with that!
yes all very odd, I’ve contacted them and they replied saying they are looking into it 🤷♀️🤷♀️
