I do like the idea of jiggling your legs up and down to reduce the sugar load! Rather discursive talk which seems to boil down to mild exercise (such as walking) is good for you - even before breakfast - to reduce blood sugar and higher density exercise to remove fats. Also that sugars create inflammation so we need to watch our carbs - as usual! These dynamics are complex.

Walking certainly works for me to bring my blood sugars down. Just been for a 15 minute walk and my bs is 4.5.

So being a type 2 in remission I know how good walking is, and I love it. I try to do 10,000 steps at least each day
