I need to change my password. My iPhone seemed to be compromised last night so I deleted browsing history on the iphone, which seems to have locked my out of access to the daily emails. But not on the laptop , I think, so far.
For ease of access, I want a new password for both devices but can't change it as I can't remember the old one. The bot is unhelpful and just sends me in a circle, wanting the old password, lost, forgotten, before I can change. I know this is a tech rather than clinical question but I don't know where to go and don't want to start again to re-register for this forum.
Can I just say that I have a little red book, entitled Bletchley Park, where I usually note all my passwords, but not this one. Forgetfulness in the early days of PMR can be my only excuse!

mine is done through Google password manager.. on all devices Apple phone & iPad (comes under Settings/Passwords), but if you look at Google password manager it does cover Android as well, then you can see passwords and edit if you wish.
Strangely all the Christmas cards I sent arrived very quickly this year despite the strikes - 2 days for the UK (second class stamps) and 1 week for the US...🤷♀️
I recently had the same problem where it wouldn't allow me to change password without inputting current password -:which I couldn't remember.I solved it by logging out completely from all devices, logging on on one device and clicked on forgot my password. A link was sent to my email and then only Create a new password appeared where I successfully created one.
