Thank you for message advising me of alternative packaging . Most helpful.No my pain is not at night but unrelentingly in my hands it is constant though other pains are much relieved.

It does not prevent me sleeping as it allows me to sleep from 5.am until 8.

However I have received some tips from Dorset Llady. I understand difficulty with sleep is not unusual starting prednisilone
