Thought I would just clarify the way I make the 2.25mg.

I have 2.5 mg tablets and have cut these in half. So 1.25 plus a 1mg works very well.

you have more patience than me. I phoned the surgery half an hour after 13.00 to find out why I had not had a call.

Invariably they call just when you're on the loo having crossed your legs for the last few hours!
