Once again I'm going to the well of knowledge with this question. I have been tapering down from 10mm of Pred to currently 7-6 mm using the taper plan from here.
I don't seem to get the stiffnesss of the shoulders, or arms, etc. I do have the stiff joints when crouching down. What I'm experiencing is the deadly fatigue, but it's not every day. I can wake up feeling great, completely normal to have energy, and remembering what life was like before PMR. It's not everyday I feel like I have to lie down, but it seems there are more of those days, than feeling good. I forced myself to walk everyday, but its difficult to make plans when you have no idea how you are going to be when you wake up.
Should I increase the Pred again, or continue on the taper as my body adjust to the lower doses? Lastly I took ibphroen to help the headache, is that not good with Pred?
