As DL says, it was discussed a few days ago.

It is an IL-6 inhibitor like tocilizumab/Actemra. There has been a clinical study in France with tocilizumab which also shows as good a result in relapsing PMR as it does in newly diagnosed PMR - in the short term at least, though whether long term use of the drug will be required hasn't been established.

It is still a biologic, will still cost a lot. Though I suppose they have targeted long term relapsing PMR - which does end up involving a lot of pred.
