confusing picture after Covid

I had Covid (positive 8th July), seemed to do well after 2 weeks, but now very much struggling. I was busy, but had loads of sleep and slept well. I think it is echoes of Covid, but to be on safe side I increased for 7.5 to 12.5 for a week, without any noticeable improvement. Now dropped back to 7.5 again. Would you say that post-Covid needs a bigger reset than +5mgs. Or irrelevant. Thanks, once again.

It might not be PMR per se - it could be early long Covid or just you tried to do too much too soon after having it. Like PMR Covid is a serious illness - and lasts a lot longer now than it was, Even young healthy people are ill for 2 weeks and more with Omicron. I suspect you are being impatient.
