Acupuncture and Adrenals

I did a course of acupuncture for about 4 months after I came off prednisone. It helped me. I really think it depends on your own physiology and the practitioner. Acupuncture with good practitioners has always helped me. I did 5 elements acupuncture for the fatigue etc. hope that helps.
