Rheumatologists!!

Went to see the Rheumy yesterday. At one point, I said to her, "How come you're doing this job when you're only 15?" They seem to get younger all the time. She asked various questions I couldn't think of the proper answers to (have them now!!) and tested my "strength". I ought to have told her that it isn't the strength that's the problem, it's the lack of energy to use that strength. Why don't we think of these things at the time.

However, she did agree that reducing at 0.5mg every six weeks was OK. But didn't comment at all when I said the pains seem to be returning. What can one do?

Next time, if there is a next time, have a note of what you what answered...with a bit of luck and a following wind they might, just might, correspond to what you are asked by her! No guarantees of course. 😂

Make up a list of what you want/need to ask as bullet points - one for her too. Explain it is the brain fog ... Make notes of the answers if you need to.

I'd stop reducing ...

Brain Fog is my primary marker for me heading to a problem when reducing. If BF doesn't clear in 3 or 4 days its time to go back up n start again.
