The reviews say that there is a big overlap between recipes in this book and in previous books

Some truth in that AyJayBass! Some recipes are just re-tweaks….but also, there are some really good quick fresh simply made dishes that are appetitising and delicious and make it worth having at least one of the books - the curries are just brilliant ! I have hard copies of both books, (£9.99 tesco) and find I go to the ‘Easy’ book most - it’s great for inspiration. I rarely follow recipes to the letter - it just depends on what’s in the fridge or pantry at the time - but I have to say there’s some great methods and food-combinations here that have meant that I don’t miss the carbs at all. It’s useful to have the book on the kindle app on my phone for shopping, definitely worth 99p just for that.I’m now looking out for a 2nd hand (or 99p kindle) copy of his Blood Sugar Recipe book…
