I don’t think anyone can possibly say because everybody is so different, even with similar medical histories. Even some who on paper should fare badly are ok, My father-in-law at 84 with shocking lung scans got through better than my fit as a fiddle 21 year old last year. It’s a bit of a lottery of the wrong sort.
I think it is a crap shoot. Some do ok (I did) and some have it badly.
