Hello everyone, we really need your help to be awarded a £1,000 grant in the Ecclesiastical 12 Days of Giving campaign they run each December.
With everyone's help, we've won it before and we would be so grateful if you could vote for us again. The more votes we get, the more chance we have of winning.

£1,000 really does make a difference to the work we do - whether it's towards funding our helpline service, printing information packs and sending them out or producing a new booklet to help newly diagnosed patients - just one of these things might help a new patient feel less worried or even save someone's sight.
