FAQ's

Morning everyone, beautiful day here in blighty, please can someone tell me how to find the FAQ's ! I'm struggling to find them 🤷‍♀️ tks

Morning - there are a couple of ways - they are on the Pinned Posts which you should find on the Right Hand Side or on a Phone Towards the Bottom of the Page. There should also be a Banner Style Message guiding you to them when you Log In

MrsNails - this problem came up a little while ago, the FAQ banner doesn’t appear on the My Feed page which is where some people are directed to….it only appears on the Posts page (sometimes you need to access via My hub). I think that’s why some new members may have issues finding them.

Having said it’s on the posts page, mine seems to have disappeared this morning! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Hi DL

This is something we need to raise with Fran_Benson when she’s next in the Office.

I’ve switched mine off as obviously l know where to find them 😉 it is on the Top of Pinned Posts too.

Not sure if I mentioned it before, think you were away so just replied to member having issues. Partly HU problem, so not sure if resolveable (is that a word…but you know what I mean)

I think it’s something Fran can do as she added the FAQ Banner - l’ll drop her a message.

Just for info…..I have never seen a FAQ banner! And the Pinned Posts sometimes appear on the right of my iPad screen, and sometimes under the first post. Generally under first post on my phone…..but you do need to look, and I can understand some people missing it 😟

Not on top bar…it should come up as a campaign banner under the first post….but have a feeling it may need renewing from time to time. It’s just on the PMRGCA forum not all forums…and sometimes there’s a bit of a glitch….but you know where they are now so that’s good.
