I’m loving this Michael Moseley episode, especially as my husband and I eat several squares of dark chocolate in the evenings.

Not just the dark chocolate (which I enjoy) but he also points out that red wine is equally beneficial in terms of flavinoids. Now he's talking!

As a treat my husband and I have 2 squares of Bourneville Dark choc every evening at 9 pm. Would love more but that would be greedy!!!!
