Currently on a slow taper from 7.5 to 7. Was wondering if it would be beneficial to take Actimel as it contains vitamin B6 which supposedly boosts the adrenal glands. Any advice or experience would be appreciated.

You should be able to get all the vitamin B6 you need from your daily diet.
The bacteria that live naturally in your bowel are also able to make vitamin B6.
If you take vitamin B6 supplements, do not take too much as this could be harmful.
Do not take more than 10mg of vitamin B6 a day in supplements unless advised to by a doctor.
I have 3 sips of goat's kekir every day, which is a natural probiotic. I also take probiotic tablets as I've suffered from gastritis in the past and these plus the goat's kefir has settled it down. I take a Vit B complex supplement twice a week, and biotin every day to avoid hair loss while on prednisolone. I'm on 7.5mg.
Apart from the sugar in it, I doubt Actimel would do any harm, but I also doubt it will do much to help adrenal function to return.
I’ve been using Yakult a doctor friend of mine said it was about the best of the bunch, but try to avoid the one with sugar in . I also take a probiotic tablet , I don’t know if these things are the reason but I am at the lowest level of pred for nearly 7 years , 2mg . Fingers crossed it’s my time to rid myself of this drug.🤞 good luck
Just my personal experience...An infectious disease specialist told me to make sure I had some yogurt each day and stop taking a probiotic. I believe this was because I was on a high dose of pred, TCZ and got cellulitis, so she and the rheumy suggested stop TCZ and eat yogurt!!💖
